Henry Vail II has more than 35 years’ experience in the financial industry. He is the in-house Estate Planner for Sucré-Vail Wealth. He gained his experience working for major Wall Street investment firms and was trained as a fee-based estate planner serving affluent clients.
Henry's career has been devoted to helping families achieve their life and financial goals. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from Lamar University, an avid learner, Henry has completed The Life Underwriter Training Council course in insurance and estate and business protection to better serve his clients. He has received extensive and specialized training in the psychology of the financial needs of health care professionals.
Henry says that he and his wife and business partner Margaret, believe in serving their clients in a comprehensive and holistic manner. "My most fulfilling professional moments involve meeting with clients and helping them realize that with proper planning their financial goals can become a future reality."
Henry is an active member of the community. He serves on the Advisory Board for Devereux Texas Treatment Network and is a member of several philanthropic and professional organizations including the Financial Planning Association of Houston, The Planned Giving Council of Houston, Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity and Pi Kappa Alpha social fraternity.
Henry and Margaret are the proud parents of two adult children and six grandchildren. In their free time they enjoy spending time at their second home with friends and family in Lakeway, TX.
